I offer compassionate support utilising many practical exercises, helping you overcome blocks and achieve your goals.

Enhancing Coaching with EMDR and Compassion-Focused Therapy

As part of my work as a women’s health coach, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) resourcing techniques and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) exercises to further support emotional well-being and allow you to work on any blocks to achieving your goals. These trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches help women feel more resilient, calm, and confident as they work towards their specific goals.

What is EMDR Resourcing?

EMDR is a powerful therapy traditionally used to process trauma and reduce distress linked to past experiences. In my coaching practice, I use EMDR resourcing exercises to help create mental anchors of safety, strength, and relaxation. These techniques allow you to develop a sense of inner calm and security, which you can draw upon during particular health challenges or times of transition in your life.

What is Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)?

CFT is designed to help people develop self-compassion and emotional resilience by strengthening the mind’s soothing system. Used to enhance the coaching work, CFT techniques can help shift any self-doubt, fear, or critical thoughts into feelings of reassurance, confidence, and trust in your ability to recover and move forward.
